Antispam Gateway - Message Delivery Outgoing Email - Message Deliverability Issues

We have identified a customer email account that has been sending spam through our gateway, resulting in our servers being blocklisted from realtime blocking lists. The spam email has been addressed and the team are working to remove our server from effected blacklists.

Customers may receive deliverability errors when sending email through our servers while blacklists are updated to remove our server.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused, we will continue to monitor the blocking lists and confirm when email deliverability returns to normal..
